Join educators from across the province to share the successes and challenges of schools and districts using the Collaborative Response Model to respond to the needs of all students. This year’s theme "Putting the Pieces Together" will focus on how systems bring coherence to their models and align structures and processes within a Collaborative Response Model framework.
Wm. E Hay Stettler Secondary Campus has been an active participant in High School Redesign since it's inception as one of the original 16 schools. The Collaborative Response Model and WeCollab software has helped tie up the loose ends and improved student focused collaboration. This session will describe how the Collaborative Response Model has supported the school and the most vulnerable students in their goal of obtaining a high school diploma. This session will include stories of students who were caught and saved and those who still slipped through.
